Hood Service Company was recommended to me by my electrical contractor. Tyrone and his crew did an excellent job installing a heat pump and duct in my newly built home. Their price was competitive and they used quality components for the installation. Communication was open and free-flowing with Tyrone and his crew. Also, I love that this is a family-run business and Tyrone actively tries to teach the trade to his young kids. The only negative I had with HSC is scheduling and I take partial blame for that. (I built a house/cabin myself and HSC had to schedule around my slow building speed. My installation probably took 7 months).

I called Hood Service Co last week to let them know my AC wasn’t working. Tyrone and his guys showed up less than 30 minutes after I called and addressed the issue. I was given a quote of what the replacement cost would be and it was exactly what I paid! They installed the new unit today and it’s running perfectly! Thanks for doing an awesome job guys!!!

I called Tyrone early in the morning after my a/c unit went out the night before. He showed up within 15 minutes, and he was able to get a new AC unit installed before the end of the day. He was timely and professional. Great service!
